Water/Sewer Autopay Information

You can now print a form for automatic payment of your water & sewer billing. 

• Please fill out and sign automatic payment form and enclose a voided check copy from your checking account or a deposit slip from your savings account.
• Mail the completed form and check/deposit slip to:  City of Slayton, 2424 26th Street, Slayton, MN 56172.
• Payments are taken out of your checking or savings account on the 15th of each month or the previous business day if the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend. 
• You will continue to receive your water/sewer bill each month as usual.  Above your name and address you will find the statement, "Do not pay, this will be automatically withdrawn on the 15th of the month."
• If you wish to discontinue or make changes to your automatic payment plan, please contact City Hall at the above address.
